'Tweens
At First Baptist Church of Moody, we believe in meeting students where they are and providing age-appropriate teaching that helps them grow in their relationship with Christ. ’Tween Extreme is designed specifically for 4th and 5th grade students, helping them navigate the challenges of this important stage of life while growing in their faith.
Sunday Life Group
Our ’Tween Extreme Life Group is tailored specifically for 4th and 5th graders. Students have the opportunity to fellowship with one another, build relationships, open God’s Word, and learn through an age-appropriate Bible lesson.
Sunday Worship
Fourth and fifth graders are welcome to attend Children’s Church at 10:30 AM. As students grow, we encourage them and their parents to begin attending the regular worship service when they feel ready. This helps prepare them for the transition into Youth Group and gives them opportunities to grow in their ability to worship alongside the entire church family.
Wednesday Nights
Wednesday nights are designed specifically for our ’Tween students. Each week, students rotate through three areas: worship, game time, and Bible lesson. Our faithful leaders love connecting with students, building relationships, and encouraging them to live out their faith and grow closer to Jesus.
Our goal is to provide a place where ’Tweens feel known, valued, and encouraged as they grow in their faith and take the next steps toward becoming strong followers of Christ.
